Inspection objectives: determine the current quality of the Advertising Pano structure, determine the quality of the steel structure, calculate and test the load-bearing capacity, and evaluate the safety of the Advertising Pano project;
Check the tilt of the Advertising Pano tube column complex: Performed by the periodic monitoring method: Measure the tilt of the column with an electronic total station to accurately assess the tilt status of the column. With the current status of this Advertising Pano, the tilt value is the eccentricity of the coordinates of the center point of the middle brace and the coordinates of the center point of the top brace of the column system;

- Determine the current characteristics of the architecture and structure of the building, steel structure – Advertising Pano structure.

Determining the current characteristics of the architecture and structure of the project, steel structure – Advertising Pano structure: VIETSUM Inspection Unit (VCQC) has observed and inspected the current status of the project “Advertising Pano – Maruichi Sun Steel Joint Stock Company”, with the following characteristics: Advertising Pano is mainly supported by a combination of 3 steel pipe pillars (including 02 12m high pillars supporting the board part of the panel, 01 11m high pillar used for bracing, combined with 02 12m pillars to form a total force-bearing block), the board part of the panel is made of steel frame, the board surface uses plastic tarpaulin; Elevation of the pillars: +0.000m; Board bottom elevation (top elevation of 02 12m pillars): +12.000m; Board top elevation: +19.000m; Board surface size: 12.0m x 7.0m (W x H); The pillars are connected by anchor bolts to the reinforced concrete foundation. The foundation has a floor size of: 3.9m x 2.0m + 2.35m x 2.05m;
Making a report on the results of steel structure inspection – Advertising Pano structure inspection: Report on the results of construction quality inspection, steel structure inspection – Advertising Pano structure inspection: Is a document summarizing the basis of the inspection results at the site; results of calculations to check the bearing capacity of the steel structure – Advertising Pano structure; with cross-sectional geometry dimensions, field survey data, based on the current construction drawings, will give an assessment of the actual bearing capacity of the steel structure – Advertising Pano structure; the safety ability to continue to put into operation and use Advertising Pano or propose measures to ensure the safety of the steel structure – Advertising Pano structure (if any);
