Reinforced concrete column rebar inspection: Ultrasonic reinforced concrete column to determine the diameter of the rebar and the number of rebars in the column to collect technical parameters of reinforced concrete column components, serving the calculation of structural load-bearing capacity of column components according to construction standards (TCVN);
Checking the verticality of columns, tilt, and deflection of roof truss beams: Checking the displacement parameters of steel structural components, local displacement of the structure and overall tilt of the structure; is an important result for monitoring the structure when there are incidents of tilt, subsidence, and deflection of the structure (TCVN 5575:2012: Steel structures – Design standards).
Checking the strength of steel structural materials: Conducting a test on the strength of steel materials used for the project on steel columns and steel beams using a metal hardness tester. The test results show the measured steel strength values (Fu) with fluctuation values - Then compare Appendix A of TCVN 5575:2012: Steel structures – Design standards, steel structural strength lookup table to conclude that the steel structure in use is equivalent to the type of steel with the correct yield strength according to the standard;
Check the tightening of bolt connections: Based on TCVN 5575:2012: Steel structures – Design standards, table of tightening of connecting bolts, evaluate the ability to connect the structural members of the steel structure;
