The certification of load-bearing safety of the building in general and of the factory in particular for domestic and foreign enterprises is more and more necessary than ever. Helping businesses confirm that they meet the requirements for facilities, safety in use in the production process and increase the competitiveness of enterprises in the market.
Factory inspection – VietSum: has inspected the quality of works, assessed the safety of structural bearing capacity for many projects such as: factory, garment factory, shoe factory, warehouse. parking lots, garages, … and public works, school buildings, kindergartens, primary schools, junior high schools, office buildings.
Implementation facility:
– Decree No. 06/2021/ND-CP dated January 26, 2021 of the Government detailing a number of contents on quality management, construction and maintenance of construction works.
– Circular No. 04/2019/VBHN-BXD dated September 30, 2019 of the Ministry of Construction on regulations on quality management and maintenance of construction works.
How long should it take to re-inspect the factory?:
Periodic inspection is to monitor and detect signs of damage of the structure during use. From there, take early measures to maintain the life of the project.
The cycle of inspection of work items according to section 5.5.3 of the national standard TCVN 9343:2012 “Concrete and reinforced concrete structures – Guidelines for maintenance work” is as follows:
– Particularly important works from 2 to 3 years.
– Buildings frequently has a large work or from 3 to 5 years.
– Other industrial and civil works from 5 to 10 years.
– The building is regularly subjected to marine climate and chemical corrosion for 1 to 2 years.
When the construction structure ensures safety in terms of bearing capacity and safety during use, a Certificate of Construction Quality will be issued.

Capacity of construction inspection organizations:
– The accrediting organization must have a certificate of capacity for construction activities issued by the Construction Management Department under the Ministry of Construction; and Certificate ISO 9001:2015 issued by ISOQ Vietnam Certification Organization.
– Our company has the capacity to conduct construction inspection (Certificate of capacity for construction activities, ISO certificate, practicing certificate of the chairperson) for civil works, light industry, traffic. (waterway), technical infrastructure.

Factory inspection – VietSum: presents the contents of the inspection work as follows:

1. Observation and inspection of the current state of the works: Manually, combined with visual observation, using camera equipment, steel rulers, measuring machines to determine the width of cracks.
2. Check geometric dimensions: Check the site, measure, redefine the size of the building components, measure and draw according to reality. Made by manual method, measure directly with steel ruler, caliper.

3. Check bolt connection: Check the number, diameter of bolts and tightness of the link. Made by manual method, measuring directly with steel ruler, caliper, force wrench.

4. Concrete strength test: Manual method, non-destructive method using bouncing machine.

5. Checking quantity, diameter of reinforcement and thickness of concrete layer protecting reinforcement: Performed by electromagnetic method using Elcometer THD 331 machine in combination with drilling, manual measurement with caliper.

6. Deflection test: Performed by surveying method, using leica electronic total station, measuring and determining the elevation of points, calculating the height difference.
7. Check verticality: Performed by surveying method, using leica electronic total station, measuring and determining coordinates of points, calculating and determining verticality.
8. Making report on construction quality inspection: Calculating and checking the bearing capacity and safety of the structure; propose solutions to repair (in case the work is damaged). And issue a certificate of load-bearing safety if the work ensures bearing safety.
