INSPECTION PURPOSE: Determine the current quality, check the difference between the actual and the design, calculate and check the bearing capacity to assess the safety level of the building. Proposing measures to strengthen the safety of use (if any) for the factory to lease and sublease the factory.
CONTENTS AND METHODS OF IMPLEMENTATION:
Observe and check the current status of the project: Determine the structural characteristics, the main load-bearing structure of the work. Investigate and identify defects and damage to the structure’s surface. Measure and draw typical structure of works, take pictures of defects and damaged locations. Implementation equipment: Steel ruler, laser distance meter, Flycam.
Check the geometry of the member: Check the size of steel columns-concrete columns, check the size of steel beams, roof trusses, roof purlins. Implementation equipment: Steel ruler, caliper, Ultrasonic metal thickness machine.
Check bolt connection: Check the diameter, quantity, and tightness of the bolt connection between the column and the steel truss, between the steel frame and the foundation. Execution equipment: caliper, force wrench, steel ruler.
Check strength, hardness of section steel: Check strength of section steel. Execution device: Steel section hardness tester.
Check the deflection of beams and roof trusses: Check the deflection of floor beams, steel beam frames, roof trusses. Implementation equipment: Electronic total station leica.
Check column deflection: Check the inclination of the factory columns, evaluate the coplanarity (in the same plane) of the columns. Implementation equipment: Electronic total station leica
Prepare project quality inspection report: Actual condition of the project. Calculating and checking the bearing capacity, assessing the safety level of the work. Proposing reinforcement measures or safe use plan (if any) for the factory to lease and sub-lease the factory.
