Factory quality inspection method – Garment factory inspection:

FACTORY INSPECTION – FACTORY INSPECTION:

1. Observing and checking the current state of the work: Manually, combined with visual observation, using camera equipment, steel ruler, measuring machine to determine the width of the crack.

2. Checking the geometric dimensions: checking the scene, measuring, redefining the size of the construction components, redrawing according to reality. Made by manual method, direct measurement with steel ruler, clamp ruler.

3. Test of concrete strength: Manually: drilling to take concrete core directly in the field and then machining, compressing at the laboratory, combined with non-destructive method using bounce gun.

4. Check the number and diameter of reinforcement: Electromagnetic method using Elcometer THD 331 machine equipment combined with chisel drilling, manual measurement with clamps.

5. Steel reinforcement protection thickness test: Electromagnetic method using Elcometer THD 331 machine equipment combined with chisel drilling, manual measurement with clamp.

6. Deflection test: Performed by surveying method, using leica electronic total station, measuring and determining the altitude of points, calculating the difference.

7. Check the verticality: Performed by surveying method, using the leica electronic total station, measuring and determining the coordinates of points, calculating and determining the vertical.

8. Check the overall inclination of the project: Performed by surveying method, using a leica electronic total station, measuring and determining coordinates of points, calculating and determining inclination.

INSPECTION IN THE LAS OF CONSTRUCTION:

1. Fabricate concrete samples drilled in the field in accordance with the standard TCXDVN 239: 2006, then compress to determine the strength by Phoenix compressor..
