Verification of conversion of functions, build more floors – Inspection of factory renovation 2021
1. Verifying the current state of work structures, to calculate and check the bearing capacity of the works when renovating and raising floors (inspection area for floors).
2. Verify the current status, calculate and check the bearing capacity of the building when renovating and filling the new floor to replace the old structure for warehouse.
3. Verify the current status, calculate and check the bearing capacity of the works when renovating and making more mezzanine floors for offices and workers’ workplace.
4. Verify the current state, calculate and check the bearing capacity of the building when converting office buildings into warehouses and workshops.

Contents of factory inspection in service of conversion of functions, upgrading of factory floors:
1. Visually check the factory status
– Survey, determine defects and damage to the work surface.
– Measure and draw typical structure of the project, take pictures of the defective or damaged locations.
– Data collector: Steel ruler, laser rangefinder.
2. Check the size of the foundation, foundation structure
– Dig the soil into the foundation to check:
– Crawler: Steel ruler, digging tools.
3. Check the member’s size
– Check the column, beam, and floor sizes:
– Data collection machine: Drilling, manual measurement with steel ruler.
4. Check concrete strength
– Check the strength of concrete columns, beams, floors, and roofs:
– Data collection machine: Mod.H200 concrete drill, Bosch hand drill, Matest bounce gun, 200T concrete compressor.
5. Check the quantity and diameter, thickness of the concrete layer to protect the reinforcement
– Check the reinforcement of columns, beams, floors, foundations, concrete roofs:
– Data collection machine: Elcometer THD 331 machine, Zircon steel detector MT 6, Bosch hand drill, clamp ruler.
Make a report on completion of quality inspection – Leveling inspection:
A. Calculate and check the bearing capacity of the workshop when renovating and raising floors.
B. Determine actual factory condition.
C. Bearing capacity of the building when renovating and elevating floors.
D. Plan for reinforcement and repair to ensure safety (if any).
