FACTORY SAFETY INSPECTION CONTENTS:
A. INSPECTION AT THE FACTORY:
– Visually check the current status of the work, Check the difference between the current status and the design documents made.
– Measure and draw the details of equipment installation and structure, connection details of the factory’s current state.
– Survey, determine system network structure parameters, Record power and live load parameters of equipment.
– Record damage, power generation, live load of equipment.
– Data acquisition machine: Steel ruler, laser rangefinder, others.
B. MAKING INSPECTION REPORT AT OFFICE:
– Check the suitability and rationality of the factory’s current state compared to the approved design.
– Check the compliance with the construction regulations and standards of the State of Vietnam and the applied technical instructions.
– Assess the safety of the design (through testing, calculation).
– Evaluate the level of construction design quality, safety level for users.
– Calculating serving capacity, capacity to supply current demand, new demand.
– Make a report to assess the safety of the project, give a complete treatment plan. (if)
