Factory Inspection – Workshop Inspection – Bolt bonding force testing during production activities, for various reasons affecting the working load of the factory, causing displacements at the bolt links loosen, open the links, reduce the quality of bolt links, leading to a decrease in the quality of the work of the workshop.

Constructions using bolted structural connections always default to the bolt tightening force applied with a standard tightening tool and use a normal torque wrench (Torque-Wrench) to check again. There are detailed regulations on bolt tightening force, tools & methods of tightening, quality control of bolts … at the factory:

CHECK THE QUALITY OF HIGH STRENGTH BUTTON LINK: 

    • Check the connection quality of the structure:

    • Check the quality of the structural contact surface:

    • Check the tightness of the part set:

Check the tightness of the stack by using a 0.3 mm thick reference foil. If all edges of the block are not more than 0.3 mm open, then it is satisfactory.

    • Check the tension in the bolt:

The bolt is considered to have passed the tightening torque condition when the test is tightened to the torque of the wrench rotation not more than 10° ÷ 15°.

Bolts that do not meet the tightening torque requirements must be tightened until the requirements are met. Inspection results are recorded in the work log and inspection record.

Do not use and must replace all bolts, nuts, washers that appear cracked, have defects, warping, broken threads… as well as insufficient specifications. Bolts after tightening enough force, the thread remaining outside the nut is at least one thread and should not exceed 3 threads.

CHECK THE QUALITY OF COVER-LAYER SURFACE, CONSTRUCTION HUMIDITY:

Do not use and must replace all bolts, nuts, washers with cracks, defects, warping, broken threads, etc., as well as inadequate specifications. After tightening the bolt with enough force, the thread remaining outside the nut is at least one thread and should not exceed 3 threads.

Check the thickness of the coating and the moisture content of the members to determine the quality and durability of the members according to the specified standards.

TEST RESULTS OF TESTING OF BUILDING CONNECTIONS, COVER-COATED TILES, CONSTRUCTION HUMIDITY
