1. Observing and checking the current state of the works: Manually, combined with visual observations, using camera equipment, steel rulers, measuring machines to determine the width of cracks, ultrasonic machines for determining metal. cross-section of structural elements of the work.

4. Concrete strength test: Performed by manual method: drilling for concrete cores directly at the site and then machining, compressing at the laboratory, combined with non-destructive methods using bouncing guns.
5. Checking quantity, diameter of reinforcement and thickness of concrete layer protecting reinforcement: By electromagnetic method using Elcometer THD 331 machine device combined with drilling and chiseling, manual measurement with calipers.

6. Check the deflection of the roof truss beam, the slope of the roof purlin: Performed by surveying method, using leica electronic total station, measuring and determining the elevation of points, calculating the height difference.
7. Check the verticality, deflection of roof trusses: Performed by surveying method, using leica electronic total station, measuring and determining the coordinates of points, calculating and determining column verticality, column inclination, deflection of roof truss beams.
8. Test the strength and hardness of structural steel materials: Check the hardness of construction steel materials with a steel hardness tester.
9. Making report on construction quality inspection: Calculating and checking the bearing capacity of the structure; propose solutions to repair and reinforce (in case the work is damaged or not safe for bearing).
