When do we need to inspect the quality of the workshop for construction maintenance?
– Periodic inspection according to the approved work maintenance process;
– When detecting that the construction’s quality has defects of some parts of the workshop or works showing signs of deterioration in quality, not ensuring safety for exploitation and use;
– When there is a request to assess the quality of the current state of the works in service of the maintenance process for the works that have been in use but there is no maintenance process;
– When it is necessary to have a basis to decide on the extension of the project’s useful life for factories with the end of their design life or as a basis for the renovation or upgrading of the work.
Prepare and manage construction maintenance records every 3-5 years:
– Planning repair and maintenance to submit to the owner for approval.
– Manage records related to the maintenance work.
