However, at present, there are many cases of collapsing due to not paying attention to the complete design calculation that was constructed and put into use.

The inspection, assessment and quality determination of the frame system when there are displacement signs, movement, sag … is necessary to assess the safety of users and work in the factory.

CONTENT OF FRAME TESTING:

Inspection at factory:

  1. Visually check the frame system status

  • Determine the main bearing structure of the frame.

  • Survey, determine the damaged defects:

  • Record typical structures, take pictures of defects and failures.

  • Data collector: Steel ruler, laser rangefinder

  1. Check the member’s size

  • Check the geometric dimensions of components at some typical bearing positions of the frame

  • Data collector: Ruler, steel ruler

  1. Check bolt links, ciphertext

  • Check the diameter and number of bolt links for steel frame links in some typical locations.

  • Check the bolt connection tightness, pulling force, bolt cutting force at some typical positions.

  • Data collector: Clamping machine, force flag, steel ruler.

  1. Check for verticality

  • Check the verticality of the components

  • Data collector: Geodesy – Leica electronic total station.

  1. Check for deflection

  • Check the deflection of the components

  • Data collector: Leica electronic total station.

Inspection at office:

  • – Calculate and test the bearing capacity, evaluate the safety of the project.

  • – Determine the actual state of the framework. Bearing capacity, existing safety of the frame system

  • – Reinforcement plan for frame system (if any)
